Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while effectively managing stock and assisting with sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers.
• Process orders received from vendors.
• Schedule client appoints as requested.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
• Stock shelves, ensuring that products are organized and displayed attractively.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store cleanliness. Skills
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations.
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management.
• Previous experience in retail environment and the game of golf is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience for all customers.
