Key Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring that information is complete and easily accessible. * Assist in implementing customer retention strategies that foster long-term relationships and loyalty. * Collaborate with various departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and seamless operations. * Stay informed about our insurance products, including auto, fire, and life insurance, as well as industry trends, to provide clients with accurate and relevant information. Qualifications: * Must possess a Property & Casualty License. * Life & Health License or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. * 1-3 years of experience in customer service and sales is preferred. * Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
