We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager for established Isuzu and General Motors truck dealership to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong self motivational skills and a proven track record in commercial vehicle sales, with the ability to analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and develop strategic business relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to account management and business development, ensuring that our sales objectives are met while fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct warm calling initiatives to engage potential clients and expand the customer base.
