SUMMARY The Inside Salesperson plays a pivotal role within the Product Line Management group, developing tailored technical proposals for engineered-to-application equipment across multiple product lines. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, understand project requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions. * Prepare technical proposals and quotations for custom engineered-to-application equipment across multiple product lines, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements. * Collaborate with NBE Regional Sales Managers and manufacturers' reps to provide guidance and consultation on the best approaches and solutions to meet customers' needs. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) preferred * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring the successful completion of proposals within defined timelines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to assess complex customer needs and prepare detailed, accurate proposals. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts and sales advantages to diverse audiences to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering exceptional results. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and/or balance.
