Job Description Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. Youll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. Salary: $35000.00 - $45000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities * Responsibilities* * Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies * Apply appropriate changes to consumer policies based on the information provided * Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal * Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries * Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed Requirements * Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills * Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred * Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required * Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
