About our position We are looking for a driven New Business Sales Representative who will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Strategic Sales to sell the ASI family of products, including OpenWater and TopClass software, services, and programs to potential new clients, with the aim of consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals. *What you 'll be doing * Selling products through video/conference calls, in-person meetings, emails, and other communication delivery methods. * Providing follow-up with clients to ensure clients' satisfaction and/or services is provided. * Promptly contacting the appropriate staff member or business partner to make sure they are aware of any client concerns or problems so they can follow up and address needs. * Must be a "hunter" for new business opportunities through a multi-faceted approach, including but not limited to cold calling, networking, webinars, and face-to-face seminars. * Working closely with potential clients, and internal resources to identify accurate project requirements. * Working to continuously keep informed of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively perform sales activities and carry forward the vision of senior management. Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. * What we want you to have * 2-4 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, with proven success at or above quota; BS/BA preferred. * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills * Prior experience with LMS systems required. * Proficient in sales management software and CRM. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance persuasion with professionalism. * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency for closing business.
