About our Local Insurance Agency: We are an Insurance office looking for an Insurance Representative. Insurance Customer Service

Requirements

:

• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty License
• 1 Year of Phone Experience
• 1 Year of insurance customer service experience
• Ability to discuss policies with current policy holders to uncover additional needs they may have Insurance Customer Service

Responsibilities

:

• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
• Ability to discuss insurance bundling options with policyholders
• Uncover additional needs the policy holder might have (ie: adding a homeowners policy to their auto insurance policy)
• Use current book of business to renew and add additional policies Insurance Customer Service
