Full description of the position
Hours - 8a-5p PST Overview: We are seeking a skilled and driven sales professional to join our team. As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through a variety of sales channels. This role requires a strong background in sales, with a focus on technical sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of technology and market trends, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities: - Utilize a consultative approach to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers through effective communication and relationship-building. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and develop new strategies. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services. - Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and performance metrics. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: - Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on technology and technical sales. - Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to effectively utilize its features. - Experience with outbound calling and inside sales techniques. - The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
