Inside Sales Telemarketer We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Telemarketer to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads. * Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities. * Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects. * Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system. * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospects. * Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to close sales. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals. Qualifications: * Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly. * Ability to handle objections and rejection effectively. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
