Your day will consist of monitoring insurance applications submitted by our team of Account Executives to ensure we are meeting proper lead times for policy renewals. You will assist the team of 15 Account Executives in following up with members on outstanding supplemental applications and other time-sensitive requests. You will review limits and deductibles on recently issued policies to advise of significant variances found so that the Account Executive can verify these changes with our members. You will also have the opportunity to attend Underwriting meetings to maintain a strong working knowledge of underwriting processes. This full-time position is based in an office with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Proficiency in essential office tools and software such as Microsoft Office, email, and internet * Strong communication skills * Detail-oriented and able to multi-task * Excellent time management and the ability to set priorities to meet team members' needs * Professionalism, flexibility, and responsiveness * Familiarity with or willingness to learn commercial insurance, electric utility operations, and Federated's policies and services IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?
