Shift is scheduled for 8:00am until 5:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided
• Build and maintain connections with potential customers or leads to cultivate new business and develop relationships
• Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products
• Initiate sales calls to existing customers to assess the need for replenishing inventories
• Provide ongoing customer and technical service on existing accounts
• May work on the counter or showroom to assist walk-in customers with their needs; as needed
• May work in the warehouse as needed to pull products, fill orders, count inventory, receive, and stock inventory
• May assist Outside Sales Representatives by researching products and meeting customer's needs
• May schedule customer appointments for consultation on jobs and assist customers by providing quotes for their projects
• Perform other various duties, as outlined by supervisor

Requirements

:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in related industry
• Extended periods of sitting, viewing computer screens, and use of keyboard and telephone
• Human relations skills; oral and written communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
