Did you know we have been named a " Best Place to Work" by 'Washington Business Journal' 16 times? * Client Service & Sales Representative (Chantilly, VA):* Responsible for attaining sales revenue targets as assigned, processing client orders and responding to client inquiries, and/or questions regarding Boland Supply. Responsible for stocking and general appearance of the showroom. * Essential Duties: * Will be trained on all store processes; sales, shipping and receiving, order staging, purchasing, warranty, basic HVAC * Answer client calls, identifies parts and provides support to clients in a prompt and professional manner * Identifies and processes client orders for HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies via the internet, fax, phone and over the counter * Order required parts * Responds to client's inquiries or questions regarding products * Drives sales by actively making clients aware of product promotions * Responsible for warranty administration * Prepares for and participates in physical inventory as scheduled * Possesses knowledge of the product lines to be able to demonstrate and discuss with clients * Handles emergency phone and client service duties after hours as necessary * Other duties as assigned * Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalent experience and education required * Able to operate a forklift * Technical sales or related experience is a plus * Knowledge of refrigeration cycle / HVAC is a plus * Experience with HVAC or related business preferred * Detail oriented, quick learner, strong communication and writing skills * High energy, problem solver, client focused, motivated, organized, able to multi-task, excellent interpersonal skills, sales driven * Physical Requirements: * Regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard, phone, reach with hands and arms * Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl * Must regularly lift and/ or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs, and occasionally lift and/ or move more than 100lbs with a device * We offer: * Excellent pay and benefits * Great and supportive work environment * Professional training and growth * Generous educational assistance program * Recognition and outstanding co-workers!
