• Contract Review and Compliance What We 're Looking For
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a management role.
• Expertise in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the facilities management or commercial maintenance industry.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
