INDIE- Job Summary BBSI is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Chino. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic territory management, technical sales, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct sales and upselling, with a proven ability to identify market opportunities and foster long-term client relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to inside sales and effective use of Salesforce for tracking and managing leads. Responsibilities * 1-2 years experience Sales & Customer Service. * Will be provided warm leads and existing customers and an inactive data base within California and out of the Country to help increase product lines. * Enter sale orders. * Track stock levels to ensure customers orders are available. * Follow up reports and documentation. * Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals. * Manage assigned territories effectively, ensuring optimal coverage and engagement with potential clients. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. * Engage in meeting sales discussions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. * Drive upselling initiatives by identifying additional products or services that meet client requirements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer satisfaction. Experience * Proven experience in business development, direct sales, or technical sales roles. * Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices. * Familiarity with Ms Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. * Bilingual Spanish/ is a plus Monday -Friday 7am-4pm No Weekends Pay range $22.00 to $24.00 Join us in this exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory!
