Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, conducting door to door sales to generate leads, and the ability to engage with clients. Great Pay!!!!! Potential to make six figures! (Salary + Commission. Salary negotiable. Commission alone is 35%) Duties * Demonstrate strong communication and persuasion skills to achieve targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. * Collaborate with the sales management team to align on goals and objectives. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. * Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed. Qualifications * Sales experience is required * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Familiarity with construction sales processes is an advantage. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
