About the Role

: As BDC Manager, you will oversee daily department operations, implement sales strategies, and lead a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the BDC department.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Train, lead, and motivate BDC team members.
• Monitor industry trends, competition, and customer behaviors.
• Execute outbound sales activities to generate leads.
• Distribute leads to the appropriate sales personnel.
• Ensure team completes all required training (online and in-person).
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and a positive attitude.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction skills.
• Utilize strong computer skills in day-to-day operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Physical Demands &

Work Environment

• Ability to sit, stand, squat, or kneel for extended periods.
• Regular use of phone and computer systems.
• Safely drive and operate dealership vehicles.
