Responsibilities

:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
• Minimum Expected Weekly Commissions: Average $1,000
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
• Participate in a paid, new hire training program (remote)
• Close multiple sales per call and maintain communication with leads over time
• Engage prospects through follow-up calls and emails, keeping them informed and engaged
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain organized records of interactions and sales progress
• In Person Training, light travel may be required

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related role
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to adapt communication styles
• Proficient in CRM software and relevant tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of the trucking industry and related compliance requirements is a plus
