Overview

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting LabTurbo's molecular testing services and products to healthcare providers and the broader community. This role involves both direct outreach (including phone calls) and field activities to develop new business opportunities across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new customer leads, including clinics, healthcare facilities, physicians, and community organizations.
• Promote and introduce LabTurbo's molecular testing services and solutions to potential clients.
• Make outbound calls to prospect and engage with new leads.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities, including site visits, campaigns, and educational events.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams (technical support, customer service, etc.).
• Gather and report market intelligence and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly proactive and comfortable with making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
• Experience in healthcare service promotion, molecular diagnostics, or biotech product marketing is a plus.
• Background in business development, marketing, or client outreach preferred.
• Ability to travel if needed for client visits (mostly regional trips); access to a car is highly preferred.
• Passion for the healthcare and biotechnology industry and a willingness to learn. Work Location
