What will you do?This is the 20% of the job * Hold at least 12 new agent in-person appointments every month * Hold at least 16 new agent pre-appointments over phone or zoom every month * Recruit at least 5 agent's each month consisting of unlicensed individuals, licensed R0 (newly licensed, but no production) and licensed R1 (below 2mil in production agents). * Lead generate to schedule recruiting appointments and work towards a 4:3 recruiting rate for in-person appointments vs. new unlicensed agent recruits and 4:1 recruiting rate appointments vs. R0 recruits. * See chart at the bottom of this document for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Concentrations: How you will achieve the above goals * Generate agent referral leads through building relationships with KWinKC agents * Research, reach out and create a follow up system around newly licensed R0 agents that have just joined the KCRAR board * Generate leads from social platforms including and not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other sources including, but not limited to Indeed, Wizehire, Introview, etc. * Advertise and host regular career nights to build a database of potential new agents * Maintain a clear and consistent follow up system for all agent leads through documentation in KW Command MC * Lead Generate, Lead Follow Up and Convert leads into held appointments * Build community and lead the 7400 Wornall office to promote an energetic and positive work environment You Will Also * Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams' value proposition as it relates to associates' businesses, goals, and/or needs * Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete * Oversee, actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams Culture * Work hand in hand with the Director of Growth & Expansion to ensure streamlined systems * Be an active participant in at least 90% of Market Center culture events as well as educational events * Coordinate and manage the Career Development calendar; teach classes when necessary Knowledge/Skills: * Extraordinary people skills * Leadership, management, team-building skills * Goal setting, planning, accountability skills * Problem-solving skills * Recruiting and/or sales experience * Effective lead management and maintaining follow up systems * Career development, business acumen, and training experience * An in-depth understanding of real estate technology and has an above average level of technology skills * Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate * Track record of success * Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology: Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation 36:12:3, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Growth Tools including the Needs Analysis, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Shift: * Morning shift Experience: * Recruiting or Sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Preferred) Location: * Kansas City, MO 64114 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Kansas City, MO 64114 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Kansas City, MO 64114: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
