Duties

- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain client relationships - Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns - Process insurance policy applications and renewals - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions - Analyze insurance policies and make recommendations for adjustments or changes

Qualifications

- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field - Knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and industry regulations - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to analyze clients' needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
