DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a full-time, 40 hour per week, "on-site", self-motivated, reliable and detail-oriented individual. This position provides technical support, repairs, maintenance, fusion services, and reports to the Equipment Services Department Supervisor. On-the-job training provided in-house and at selected manufacturer locations, based on the individual possessing a willingness and ability to learn. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Troubleshooting and repairing; small diesel/gas engines, hydraulic and electrical systems * Maintenance of rental fleet including repairs and scheduled services * Communicates with vendors/customers via phone, email, and in person * Departmental order entry and Rental Agreement processing * Assist with answering incoming calls for the Department * Receiving, stocking, shipping of Department related products * Perform other related duties as assigned by the Departmental Supervisor and Management QUALIFICATIONS: * Vocational, Trade School degree or minimum of 2 years "in-shop/in-field" experience * Working knowledge of small diesel/gas engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics * Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills * Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record * Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail * Ability to anticipate work needs and multi-tasking activities to finalize projects to meet deadlines * Capable of working independently and in a fast-paced environment * Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbal and written * Punctual, dependable and self-driven If you have a strong work ethic, are committed to succeed, and are interested in joining a well-established company, then submit your resume, references, and compensation requirements by email to [please apply online], by fax at (913) [please apply online] or by mail to: Industrial Sales Company, Inc.
