Mostly remote $175-185K plus bonus Marlborough, Ma Our client in Marlborough, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business initiatives within the healthcare sector. This individual will focus on developing strategic partnerships with health systems, ACOs, IPAs, MSOs, and other organizations engaged in risk-based contracts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong background in managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing. Our CareSpace solution empowers risk-bearing organizations through robust data integration, population health insights, quality reporting, and care management capabilities to maximize performance in value-based care arrangements. Key Responsibilities * Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and prospecting efforts. * Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key executives in health systems, ACOs, IPAs, MSOs, and Health Plans. * Manage end-to-end sales processes including discovery, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure. * Maintain a strong and active pipeline to achieve and surpass revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on client goals and value delivery. * Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to leadership. * Represent our client at industry conferences, events, and client meetings. Qualifications * Minimum of 10 years of enterprise-level sales experience in healthcare, ideally in value-based care or with health systems. * Proven success in closing high-value, complex deals with executive-level stakeholders. * In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems and value-based care models. * Highly motivated and organized, capable of independently managing the sales lifecycle. * Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Willing to travel extensively (50-75%) to engage clients and prospects. Preferred Qualifications * Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or Hubspot. * Understanding of population health management, care coordination, or healthcare analytics.
