Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of trees and landscapes to determine health, safety, and maintenance needs.
• Provide expert recommendations for tree care, including pruning, removal, and disease management.
• Manage customer accounts by building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking customer interactions, managing accounts, and analyzing market trends.
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our tree care solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Analyze market conditions to develop strategies that enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills
• Experience in B2B environments with a focus on technical sales and account management.
• Proficiency in territory management to effectively cover assigned areas.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills for conducting product demos and engaging with clients effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of work. What You'll actually Do:
• Conduct a minimum of 10 sales appointments per week , combining company-generated leads and self-generated opportunities
• Drive new business through proactive outreach, local networking, and relationship nurturing
• Deliver exceptional consultations, proposals, and follow-ups that lead to high booking rates, close ratios, and average ticket sizes
• Maintain organized records in our CRM and deliver weekly reporting during our team sales meetings
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction
• Actively work toward earning your ISA Certified Arborist credential within 18 months (support provided) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Lead Conversion Rate (Close %)
• Gross revenue targets
• Profit margin targets
• Booking Rate
• Client Return/Repeat Business
• Average Ticket Size
• Lead Source Mix (internal vs. self-generated)

Compensation

& Perks:

• $32.00/hour during 90-day onboarding & training period
• Post-training: $25.00/hour + generous commission structure tied to performance and operational margin
• Take-home vehicle + fuel card
• Expense budget for client-facing essentials (e.g., uniforms, client gifts)
• ISA certification support (materials, test reimbursement, mentorship)
• Weekly sales coaching and strategy calls What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of active sales experience , preferably in a service-based industry (landscape, construction, pest control, etc.)
• Proven track record generating leads both passively (marketing funnels) and actively (cold outreach, networking, etc.)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a personal pipeline while collaborating across departments
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
