: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in a multifaceted role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets. Love for tools, construction products, and automotive preferred

Responsibilities

: - Handle all inbound dedicated E-Com customer service phone calls - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Understand customer needs and offer solutions - Negotiate sales contracts and close deals - Stock shelves and assist warehouse team as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals Skills: Required: - Proficiency in English - Strong communication skills - Ability to negotiate effectively - Sales experience or willingness to learn - Familiarity with CRM software Nice-to-have: - Fluency in Spanish - Experience with tools, construction products, or automotive trades Joining our team as an Inside Sales Representative offers the opportunity for career growth, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment.
