Description * Conduct pre-call research and planning, qualify opportunities and update Salesforce.com with activity based data. * Interact with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media using proven situational leadership strategies. * Facilitate call campaigns targeting tradeshow leads; identify best practices and ensures others are equipped to learn from and leverage them across the team. * Coach and mentor other associates. * Identify process improvement opportunities and work with business development and cross-functional teams to improve outcomes and KPIs. * Lead collaboration with peers, managers and quota-carrying representatives to identify strategies and assess results.
