About us Daemi Group of Oklahoma is a small business in Oklahoma City, OK. Our work environment includes:

• Casual work attire
• On-the-job training
• Collaborative atmosphere Insurance license is not required to apply, we will sponsor your insurance education and testing for 2 months. Licensed agents will receive a $200 starting bonus. Unlicensed hires will start on hourly pay, $12 per hour. Once licensed, agents are switched to salary plus commission. NO CAP ON COMMISSION!

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties

- Sell various types of insurance policies to meet clients' needs - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Analyze clients' insurance needs and present options that best fit their requirements - Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy features, benefits, and premiums - Process policy renewals and changes efficiently - Conduct sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes and proposals - Utilize outside sales techniques to reach potential clients

Requirements
