Position Description: We are actively seeking a dedicated and motivated Flooring Consultant who possesses an intricate blend of design acumen and sales expertise. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between our clients' visions and the perfect flooring solution, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide expert consultation to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate flooring solutions. 2. Build, manage, and nurture relationships with our esteemed clientele. 3. Stay updated with the latest trends in home furnishings and design concepts. 4. Efficiently utilize our CRM and software to maintain client records, track sales, and forecast trends. 5. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. 6. Engage in cold-calling activities targeting new contractors and designers in the Fort Lauderdale area to expand our client base. 7. Work cohesively with team members, sharing insights, and contributing to team goals and bonuses. Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, preferably within the home furnishings or interior design industry. - A keen sense of design and the ability to conceptualize and present design concepts to clients. - Proficient computer skills; prior experience with CRM software will be an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring comfortable and effective engagement with clients. - A self-driven attitude, with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
