Requirements: * 2 years sales experience minimum * Solar experience preferred but not required Duties/Responsibilities: * Present customized solar solutions to pre-booked appointments, including system design, financial benefits, and installation timelines virtually or in-person to potential customers. * Record detailed interactions with customers in the CRM system and maintain accurate records * Effectively follow-up on leads * Use proven sales strategies to meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs * Stay informed on company products, services, and industry trends to answer customer questions and objections effectively * Handle objections professionally and comply with company communication guidelines What we are looking for: * Minimum 2 years sales closing experience * Experienced closer that is looking for growth within a company * Great communication skills * Coachable and motivated * Go-getter mentality * Sports-minded and competitive * Bilingual (a plus) What we provide: * Professional sales training * Opportunities for career advancement * A company with unbeatable experience, quality, and reputation like no other in the industry Schedule: * 5 day work week * Day shift * Weekend availability * Evenings as needed Compensation package: * W2 position + commissions * Bonus opportunities * Monthly and Quarterly bonuses * Performance bonus * Uncapped commission * Weekly bonuses * Sales competitions for incentives, trips, swag, etc!
