About Us

: Ecotek Power Wash is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company with a sales- first mentality. We provide top-quality power washing services and specialize in customer satisfaction. As we expand, we're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Lead Management Specialist to handle outbound and inbound calls, manage Angi Leads, and enroll customers in our Ecotek Stay Clean Program for recurring services. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate and close sales.
• Answer inbound calls , providing excellent customer service and booking appointments.
• Manage and respond to Angi Leads efficiently and effectively.
• Follow up with leads to nurture them into booked appointments.
• Enroll new and existing customers into Ecotek 's Stay Clean Program, educating them on the benefits of recurring house washing, gutter cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled jobs in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
• Some weekend availability may be required, based on lead volume and business needs. What We 're Looking For:
• Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in phone-based sales, customer service, or lead management (preferred but not required).
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM and lead management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on closing sales and enrolling customers in recurring services. What We Offer:
