Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient business processes.
• Lead, supervise, and train store staff to deliver top-tier customer service and meet sales goals.
• Manage inventory control, purchasing, and stock levels to maximize efficiency and reduce shrink.
• Use point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure accuracy in cash register operations.
• Implement local marketing strategies to promote sales and boost customer engagement.
• Foster a positive, results-driven team culture through strong communication and leadership.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees. Preferred Experience &

Qualifications

• Big box retail management experience preferred.
• Background in sales, inventory receiving, supervision, and material movement.
• Agricultural or rural lifestyle knowledge is a strong plus.
• Positive, "can-do" attitude and excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
