Benjamin Law Firm is looking for someone who wants to be involved in all theBEST PARTS of Sales! We're seeking a person who can sell legal services, assist with and implement new marketing strategies, and build relationships to generate potential client leads. Our firm has a stellar reputation statewide for providing criminal defense legal services, and exceptional client service is our top priority. We fight to protect the rights of good people who may have made a mistake that shouldn't haunt them for life. We need someone with a strong understanding of sales technologies, methodologies, and best practices. You must be able to sell consultatively, helping potential clients understand their situation, weigh their options, and make important--sometimes painful--decisions. If you're looking to work with an amazing team, this is the position for you! This is a commission-based role, requiring a minimum of 20 hours a week, with at least 5 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, including evening shifts.

Compensation

: $50,000

Responsibilities

:

• Convert prospects into clients
• Develop workflow follow-up campaigns
• Manage and share reports with a supervisor
• Create creative ideas for developing new and nurturing existing referral partnerships
• Work with top-notch team members in the firm
• Work a minimum of 5 hours on Saturday and Sunday
• Work evenings

Qualifications

:

• 3+ Years of Sales experience. Ideally, you have had success in sales
• You also need to be able to have fun, be creative, and have a passion for building sales opportunities
