Job Title: Solar Appointment Setter (Door-to-Door) Location: San Diego, CA Type: Full Time/Part Time

Compensation

: $100 per sit appointment, $1000 signed contract + tiered bonuses

Job Description

: Are you an outgoing, self-motivated individual who wants to learn the solar industry? Join our team as a Setter! In this role, you'll be the face of our company, knocking on doors to connect with homeowners, spark conversations about saving them money, and schedule appointments for our expert sales team. No prior solar experience required--just bring your hustle and a positive attitude! Earn $100 for every sit appointment you set, plus a tiered bonus on closed deals--half paid when project plans are approved, and half upon install completion.

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy with provided scripts and materials.
• Qualify potential customers and schedule appointments for our solar consultants.
• Track and report daily progress (leads generated, appointments set).
• Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements

:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
• Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset.
• Reliable transportation to assigned areas.
• Previous sales or canvassing experience a plus but not required--we'll train you!
