What You 'll Do * Drive rental revenue by generating and closing leads through TCI's robust marketing and lead-gen systems * Make multiple cold calls per week to promote rentals and our full range of services * Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients * Track all sales activities and progress in Salesforce * Collaborate with Rental Managers and Inside Reps to identify high-potential prospects * Deliver professional presentations and provide exceptional customer service * Occasionally support internal rental operations to better understand the full customer experience Who You Are * Ambitious, goal-oriented, and ready to make things happen * Thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the energy of sales * A strong communicator who's highly organized and tech-savvy * Ready to learn, grow, and take on new challenges * Have a valid driver's license and are open to local travel About Us: TCI is a family-owned company doing business since 1978.
