Job Title: Selling Branch Manager Reports to: President Status: Direct Hire Location: Asheboro Pay Rate: $65,000 - $75,000/year DOE, plus commission plan and car allowance Job Summary: Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and team management? With a focus on sales, recruiting, and office administration, you'll be the key player in achieving our revenue targets and expanding our client base. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Leadership: Identify and seize new sales opportunities, develop innovative strategies, and exceed office sales targets. * Team Management: Train, mentor, and inspire office staff to deliver top-notch performance and customer service. * Client Engagement: Present our staffing solutions to a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. * Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient office operations, manage financial performance, and maintain a safe working environment. * Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and boost office performance. * Networking: Represent the company at business events, conventions, and seminars to build valuable connections. Skills and Qualifications: * Proven experience in a sales-driven leadership role within the staffing or recruiting industry. * Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance. * Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in social media networking and marketing. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated with excellent people skills. Requirements: * Associate's Degree and 5+ years of staffing sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Proven sales track record in staffing. * Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of staffing software systems (e.g., Avionte, Bullhorn, TempWorks). Physical Demands/Work Environment: * Regular use of hands and fingers for keyboarding and reaching. * Frequent standing, talking, and listening. * Local travel to client locations required. Compensation Package: * Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/year DOE * Benefits: 401(k) with matching, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and more. * Bonus Opportunities: Commission pay and additional bonuses.
