YOUR ROLE: As an Account Specialist, you will work directly with the consumer to find the best solution for resolving their account. A High School Diploma (GED/High School Equivalence Certificate) is required, experience is welcomed, but not necessary, as we provide paid training. Two main skillsets are needed to be successful: the ability to communicate professionally in situations of adversity, and the ability to quickly problem solve.
