Overview
: 316 Staffing is actively seeking an eager and driven Inside Sales Representative to join the dynamic sales and marketing team of a Fortune 500 leader in their industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, marketing, and business development, and who thrive in a high-energy environment. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Bachelor 's in Business Administration or a candidate with an Associate Degree and a proven record of success in corporate sales and marketing. Candidates must have at least one year of CRM experience and experience with fast-paced outbound B2B dialing. There is strong opportunity for career growth and advancement within the company for top performers who demonstrate initiative and drive.
Responsibilities
:
- Conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls and emails to engage prospects and generate qualified leads
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate product solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to build the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and team KPIs
- Provide top-tier service to nurture client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- OR -Associate Degree with demonstrated success in sales and marketing
- Minimum 1 year of CRM system experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Experience in fast-paced outbound B2B dialing environments
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Comfortable with structured daily call targets and sales objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacyCompensation &
Benefits
:
- Base Salary: $40,000 annually
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $15,000 in additional commission potential
- Paid Time Off: 10 PTO days annually
