• Conduct site visits to evaluate project needs and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with clients and project supervisors to align estimates with scope and budget.
• Manage a strong pipeline of leads , generating up to 25% through outbound efforts.
• Update and maintain cost and material databases for future projects.
• Represent Neighborhood Painting with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset. What We 're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in estimating within the construction or painting industry. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical --you ensure nothing gets overlooked.
