Join Our Team as an AT &T Sales Representative! As a promotional product and service distributor in Laredo, we are committed to helping our AT&T Sales Representatives build meaningful relationships. Our AT&T Sales Representative will do so through direct customer interaction and innovative strategies that increase brand awareness. They will also use their negotiation skills to increase sales margins and our clients profits by closing all sales orders and managing accounts thoroughly. What You'll Do as an AT &T Sales Representative: * Develop a deep understanding of our client's wireless devices, service plans, and bundled options to provide accurate, tailored recommendations to customers. * Proactively interact and engage with prospective customers, sharing your knowledge and expertise while confidently addressing questions and concerns. * Apply negotiation skills and collaborate with top-performing teammates to exceed sales goals. * Process sales orders for customers while explaining to them how long the order will take and expectations for delivery if that is required * Analyze market behavior, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative sales strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales. AT &T Sales Representative Skills/Qualifications: * Experience: Prior customer service, sales, retail, event management, or any role requiring direct customer interaction is a plus * Transportation: Reliable transportation is necessary for this in-person role as we work within an office and in a retail environment * Skills that are a plus: * A customer-first mindset with outstanding problem-solving abilities. * Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills. * A natural ability to engage, persuade, and earn customer trust.
