We're currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this individual will act as a product expert, consultant, and relationship-builder. What You'll Do * Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective clients. * Analyze customer potential and identify new commercial market opportunities. * Guide customers through the sales process by understanding their needs and recommending solutions. * Conduct technical sales consultations and product presentations. * Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, accounting, shipping, and tech services) to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally. * Represent Foliot Furniture at trade shows and industry conventions. What You Bring * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Confident and persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to speak to large groups. * Excellent conflict resolution, objection handling, and negotiation abilities. * In-depth understanding of business operations and market dynamics. * Ability to adapt strategies based on evolving market trends and customer feedback. * Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * A results-driven, collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and work well under pressure. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a sales role. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
