Our work environment includes: * Casual work attire We are looking for a rockstar customer service/sales representative, who is familiar with janitorial supplies and equipment to join our team. Duties include answering incoming calls, taking orders over the phone, uploading orders that come in from the website/marketplaces, and helping customers get what they are looking for. We sell industrial cleaning supplies and equipment to customers all over the US and Canada. Prior experience is required. E-commerce experience is preferred. Quickbooks experience is preferred. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and enhance their experience. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive environment. * Utilize QuickBooks for transaction processing and e-commerce platforms for sales activities.
