Position: Inside Sales Agent (Relocation Advisor) Position Overview: As Relocation Advisor at You Move Me - Southwind, you will collaborate closely with our businesses and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in managing and motivating our sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring we meet revenue targets. What You 'll Do: * Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries promptly and professionally. * Provide accurate information on pricing, services, and availability. * Schedule moves and maintain meticulous records in our CRM system. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. * Track sales activities and maintain detailed customer interactions in CRM. * Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth execution of moves. * Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. What You 'll Bring: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM system experience preferred. * Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
