Job Summary: As an Agent, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, providing them with exceptional service, and addressing their insurance needs. You will leverage your expertise in the Florida insurance market to offer tailored solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: * Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized insurance solutions. * Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. * Insurance Sales and Service: * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products with experience with High-Net-Worth insurance. * Prepare and present insurance quotes, policy options, and coverage recommendations. * Process new insurance applications, policy renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently. * Assist clients in filing claims and provide support throughout the claims process. * Customer Service: * Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. * Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary. * Educate clients on policy terms, coverage options, and benefits to ensure they make informed decisions. * Compliance and Documentation: * Ensure all insurance transactions comply with state regulations and company policies. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in our management system * Team Collaboration: * Work closely with other team members to achieve company goals and enhance overall client experience. * Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations. Qualifications: * Valid Florida insurance license(s) (e.g., 2-20, 4-40, or 2-15). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales and customer service. * In-depth knowledge of Florida insurance products, regulations, and market trends. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in using AMS360 software and CRM systems. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
