Overview We are seeking a motivated, personable and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service, including being responsible for door-to-door outreach . You will engage with customers and oversee the successful completion of their roofing projects. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales. Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door sales and lead generation activities to identify potential clients. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Educate homeowners about our roofing services and the insurance claims process. * Perform inside sales tasks, including managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses. * Work closely with clients throughout the roof replacement process, acting as their main point of contact. * Deliver engaging product demos to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. * Uphold a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times. Experience * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively. * Experience in conducting product demonstrations and engaging customers in a compelling manner. * Familiarity with insurance claims process is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. * Self motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
