Benefits: * Hourly rate $19.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour + attendance bonus * Monday to Friday schedule; 8am-4:30pm * Professional growth path with increasing responsibilities * Modern, indoor office environment * Comprehensive benefits package Job Responsibilities: * Listen to and review call recordings for adherence to established processes * Read and review electronic communications for adherence to established processes * Read and review database information to identify various trends * Provide effective coaching and follow ups for corrective actions both in person and virtually * Maintain a record of QA scores and coaching communication provided to agents * Provide support and energy to a team both in person and virtually * Conduct training and re-training sessions for agents as needed * Identify agent, customer, and lead trends to determine if processes need updating * Brainstorm possible updates to processes or training materials * Special projects or duties as assigned or required Education: * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (required) Experience: * 4+ years of sales experience (required) * 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience (preferred) * 2+ years of coaching or training experience (preferred) Skills: * Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfort with providing and receiving improvement feedback * Ability to identify trends and suggest process improvements * Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities * Team-oriented mindset with positive energy * Proficiency with quality monitoring tools and databases * Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes Job Type: Full-time Pay: Competitive Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Shift availability: * Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Overland Park, KS 66212 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Overland Park, KS 66212: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
