About Us

: M Hotel Buffalo is a dynamic and growing hotel located in the heart of Buffalo, NY. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Group Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our group business. As the Group Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue by targeting and converting group business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with our operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute a strategy to attract group business and grow revenue
• Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and meeting organizers
• Manage inquiries, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements for group bookings
• Ensure all groups receive excellent customer service from initial inquiry to departure
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote group offers and packages
• Provide regular updates and reports on group sales performance
• Maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and convention centers

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in group sales or hotel sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficient in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
