Qualifications - Dealership experience in automotive sales - Strong public speaking and communication skills - Proven track record in retail sales and customer service - Ability to effectively manage sales processes - Proficient in outbound sales and sales support - Knowledge of inventory management and control - Experience in cold calling and marketing - Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish - Skilled in negotiation and upselling techniques Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present vehicle features and benefits. * Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels for optimal sales performance. * Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to drive sales growth. * Negotiate deals and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership offerings and events. * Leverage bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base.
