Qualifications

- Dealership experience in automotive sales - Strong public speaking and communication skills - Proven track record in retail sales and customer service - Ability to effectively manage sales processes - Proficient in outbound sales and sales support - Knowledge of inventory management and control - Experience in cold calling and marketing - Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish - Skilled in negotiation and upselling techniques

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present vehicle features and benefits.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels for optimal sales performance.
• Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to drive sales growth.
• Negotiate deals and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership offerings and events.
• Leverage bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
