Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. This role focuses on responding to customer inquiries, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by guiding projects from initial contact to completion with our production team. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for helping customers and a knack for turning inquiries into successful projects. This is not an entry-level retail or cashier role as this position will be a primary point of contact for many business to business relationships with the company. Key Responsibilities * Sales and Customer Engagement: * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via website forms, phone calls, and walk-in visits, providing tailored solutions for their needs, including signage, vehicle wraps, custom apparel, printing, and other items. * Prepare and send quotes, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs. * Close sales by quickly and effectively communicating the work the customer is looking for, production timelines, and answering customer questions. Customer Service and Project Coordination : * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and updates with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure projects (e.g., custom signs, vehicle wraps, apparel, etc) are completed on time and meet client expectations. * Follow up with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals. Relationship Building : * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing personalized solutions. * Act as a brand ambassador, representing Adventure Advertising's commitment to quality, and outstanding service. Administrative Duties : * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details in our project management system. * Assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups as needed. * Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and customer feedback. Qualifications * Communication Skills : Exceptional conversational and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, explain products and services clearly, and write professional correspondence. * Customer-Centric Mindset : A genuine passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction. * Sales Experience : Experience in sales, Ability to identify client needs and close deals effectively. * Team Collaboration : Enthusiasm for working closely with our production team to deliver high-quality projects on time. * Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. * Tech Savvy : Proficiency with email, general computer skills, and basic digital tools. * Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. * Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with advertising, signage, vehicle wraps, or apparel production is a plus but not required; we'll provide training on our services.
