Role Description: As a Sales Account Executive at LendingPad, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions to meet their mortgage origination technology requirements. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, consultative selling skills, and a passion for delivering results. Responsibilities: * Prospect and qualify potential clients through proactive outreach and networking. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of LendingPad's technology solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that align with clients' needs. * Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals and achieve revenue targets. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. * Travel on-site to meet with clients for consultations, training sessions, and relationship-building activities. * Represent LendingPad at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our brand and generate leads. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience in the mortgage or financial services industry. * Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry. * Strong understanding of mortgage origination processes and technology solutions. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Familiarity with LendingPad and HubSpot is a plus but not mandatory. * Willingness to travel on-site to meet with clients for consultations, training sessions, and relationship-building activities. * Availability to represent LendingPad at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our brand and generate leads.
