Position Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager Position Summary: The Commercial Account Manager will , interact with existing & potential clients on a day-to-day basis Job Responsibilities: o Regularly connect with appropriate business contacts for potential opportunities and increase sales on existing business. o Contribute to brokerage revenue goals by promoting and selling insurance products and services o Provide a high level of customer service to all clients whether on the phone, in person, via email or written correspondence o Assess client needs and provide advice on appropriate coverage levels and products. o Respond to telephone calls and correspondence from existing or potential customers in a timely manner o Provide all customers with the appropriate products to mitigate risks and maintain a profitable book of business. o Upsell additional product offerings to existing customers in order to increase sales opportunities and meet customer needs. o Respond to customer complaints and resolve matters in an exemplory manner. o Provide after-sales customer service and maintain contact with customers, periodically reviewing their needs and updating their files. o Leveraging our CSR platform for referral / lead purposes. o Attend continuing industry training programs as well as obtain necessary designations. Qualifications: Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
