Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. * Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance overall performance. * Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
